      การวิจัยเรื่อง การรวมกลุ่มของผู้ประกอบกิจการกระจายเสียงและกิจการโทรทัศน์มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาแรงจูงใจในการรวมกลุ่ม และรูปแบบการรวมกลุ่ม การวิจัยน้ีใชว้ิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยศึกษาขอ้ มูลจาก เอกสาร ต ารา บทความทางวิชาการ งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแรงจูงใจและการรวมกลุ่ม การด าเนินการเก็บข้อมูลใช้ การสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักเป็ นผู้น ากลุ่มผู้ประกอบกิจการกระจายเสียงและกิจการโทรทัศน์ จ านวน 6 กลุ่ม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การรวมกลุ่มแต่ละกลุ่ม เกิดจากแรงจูงใจ 3 ประการคือ แรงจูงใจใฝ่ สัมฤทธิ์ แรงจูงใจใฝ่ สัมพันธ์ และแรงจูงใจใฝ่ อ านาจ ส่วนรูปแบบในการรวมกลุ่มท้งั 6กลุ่ม เป็ นการรวมกลุ่มตามประเภท การประกอบกิจการ การรวมกลุ่มตามลกั ษณะการประกอบกิจการ และการรวมกลุ่มตามพ้ืนที่การให้บริการ รองลงมา เป็ นการรวมกลุ่มตามประเภทสื่อ การรวมกลุ่มคละประเภทสื่อและการรวมกลุ่มตามประเดน็ เน้ือหา

      The research on the Assembly of Entrepreneurs in Radio and Television Broadcasting Business is the study of motivation of the assembly and the model of the has assembly which applied by qualitative research method. Researcher has studied data from documents, textbooks, academic articles, researches regarding the motivation and the assembly, field data by in-depth interview including observations during interview. All issues cover the objectives of the research. Major informants were leaders from 6 groups who found that the assembly of radio and television broadcasting business entrepreneurs of each group derived from 3 types of motivation, which were achievement motive, affiliation motive and power motive. The model of the assembly of all6 groups was found that all groups assembled basing on the type of business operation, the nature of business operation, and the service area. Subsequently it was the assembly based on the type of media, multimedia and the assembly according to the contents.
